If you know me, you know I love to be outdoors! Some of the best times of my life have been on the trail or on a river with my family and friends! I am co-owner of an outdoor adventure company, called Dirty Girl Adventures, and together with my business partner, Denise, we are helping more people access the outdoors and improve their health. Although I have hiked rim to rim in the Grand Canyon, and logged many miles on dirt trails throughout the Midwest, I have never hiked up a mountain! I am very excited to push myself to try something new, but I know it will be difficult. Your contribution to my campaign will not only help the BRAIN INJURY ALLIANCE OF COLORADO, it will help make this experience a more positive one for me! THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

I’m participating in the Pikes Peak Challenge Summit Hike for the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado because I believe it is a good cause and I love a good adventure. When I finish, I will have hiked 13 miles and 7,400 vertical feet to the 14,110 foot summit of Pikes Peak. I would also like to say that I met my financial goal of $500.00 donated to the Alliance.

I’m participating in the Pikes Peak Challenge Summit Hike with a group of 20+ Ladies mostly from Kansas. I have started to train and will continue to train this summer. This helps me maintain my strength, positive attitude, and weight. I am nervous and excited at the same time. This will get me out of my comfort zone. And what a great charity! Help people survive brain injury and lead productive lives! If you can’t contribute financially your prayers and support would greatly be appreciated! Thank you! Love you all!!
