Dear Family and Friends,
On September 5th, 2025, I’m taking the Pikes Peak Challenge to raise money on behalf of the Brain Injury Association of Colorado (BIAC), a non-profit organization that provides critical support to survivors of a brain injury in our state.
This cause is very important to me, since learning the guidance BIAC has provided for myself in 2021 when I accomplished a 14er, right out of the Hospital and I now need your help in keeping BIAC open!
Brain Injury is often called the “invisible injury.” It can’t always be seen and therefore is often misunderstood. Each survivor of a brain injury is unique and can be struggling with so many things. Thankfully, they are not alone. Every day, BIAC provides the support, connections, and available resources that survivors and their support networks need.
BIAC relies on funding from supporters like you in order to continue providing their important services to survivors in our state.
Although I’m not conquering Pikes Peak 14er in Manitou Springs, on the day of the event, I am participating in the Virtual Challenge Walk around Wankeka Lake with other Survivors, to show my support in this great organization.
Go Team Fog-tastic!!!
Please consider donating to help me reach my fundraising goal. I am hoping to raise at least $200, but the sky’s the limit! Check out my fundraising page to make a contribution or to learn more about BIAC. Thank you for your support!
Donation checks can be made payable to the Brain Injury Association of Colorado.
