I have been living in Colorado since 1992 and working with people with brain injury for longer than that! Currently I am the Director of The Journey Brain Injury Community Services in Arvada, CO and I also serve as the President of the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado. In 1997 and 2015 I completed the Pikes Peak Challenge, my first and only 14er. Every time I look at the Peak, I recall the exhilaration of that accomplishment. This year I am participating in the Manitou Walk as part of the Pikes Peak Challenge. While the physical challenge is much easier, my dedication to the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado is stronger than ever.
